
Guidelines for COVID-19 Fall 2020 Coyote Season
Face coverings are encouraged and highly recommended for all family members, coaches and board members within the field gates
Parents sitting area location: walkway only leading to the bleachers. We recommend families stay in vehicles or outside of field gates as much as possible.
Any participant experiencing symptoms of sickness will be prohibited from practice and/or games.
During practice if a player/cheerleader is not feeling well their temperature will be taken for precaution. If a temperature or other COVID-19 like symptoms are identified the player/cheerleader must be symptom free before returning.
Request after practice conversations be limited and outside field gates.
If parent(s) would like to speak with a coach, coordinator or board member please reach out personally via phone or email.
In the event of inclement weather, players should return to their car and wait for further guidance from team coach.
Coordinators, coaches, board members, athletes, referees must adhere to the CDC stay at home orders regarding travel in out of the country or state.
When using a tent, please restrict its usage to immediate family members only. Fans are encouraged to bring your own chairs to practice and games.
Do no discard face mask or gloves on the ground.
Concession will only be open for games only.
FOOTBALL
All equipment will be cleaned and sanitized after every practice.
Face coverings are not mandatory for athletes.
Communal water coolers have been discontinued. All players should bring a self-identifying water bottle to each practice and game.
No shared drinks or snacks allowed.
Game day: only pre-sealed snacks are allowed
Coaches are responsible to ensure social distancing is maintained between players as much as possible.
Players will work in smaller groups during conditioning and drills
Coaches and players should refrain from contact with other team at the conclusion of the game (ex. Handshakes, fist/chest bump, high five, etc.).
Coaches will have hand sanitizer at all practices and games.
Bathroom break will be limited 1-2 players at a time. All players must sanitize their hands when returning to team after using the restroom.
Athlete items (bookbags, water, etc) should be lined up (with social distancing).
CHEERLEADING

Cheer formations will be at least 6ft apart

Cheerleaders are encouraged to bring a yoga mat to each practice and game.
